    L'Hotel non esiste! Siamo rimasti per strada a capodanno, una notte al freddo, ed expedia ci ha solo dato 2500 punti, solo 25 euro! Una miseria! LEVATE QUESTO ALBERGO!

    Die Lage ist gut um mit der Metro in das Stadtzentrum zu fahren. Das Auto kann auf dem Hotelparkplatz bleiben.

    L’accueil est excellent et à votre écoute. L’hôtel est situé à 5 bonnes minutes d'une station de métro qui vous emmène directement dans le centre ville. Un euro le trajet, c'est vraiment raisonnable. Car l'établissement est un peu excentré, dans un quartier calme mais mis à part un petit établissement qui fait de supers barbecues à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Il n'y a rien pour manger, si ce n'est l'hôtel si vous réservez pour le soir. Pour le trouver : chercher plutôt Hôtel di Nesima, le Cuore est représenté par un cœur. On peut laisser sa voiture en toute tranquillité dans le parking extérieur fermé.

    We stayed for one night the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were great and helpful the consierge arrange for our taxi to the airport the next morning and the breakfast was very good the area it is situated is grim but the hotel once inside was very good highly recommend to stay at 👍😊

    Good for hospital visitors

    The best and most friendly staff- Hats off! Great place if you need to visit friends/ relatives in hospital but otherwise is really not a great location. Saving grace was a new Metro line taking you into the city for 1 Euro. Breakfast was lacklustre which is sad in Italy

    From the second we stepped foot into the hotel we had great hospitality! From the cold water to the espresso. The rooms were amazing and the AC worked great compared to the extremely hot Catania day.

    Das Zimmer als auch das Bad war sauber und sehr geräumig. Das einzige Manko an unserem Aufenthalt war die Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel. Morgens wurde man aufgrund des Lärms sehr früh geweckt. Ansonsten war alles super. Der Service war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist hat man einen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel aufjeden Fall wieder nehmen.

    Friendly helpful staff

    This is a good hotel if you need to be close to Catania Airport. The room was the largest we had during our 14 night stay in Sicily. There was plenty of space, plus bed, table and chairs, sofa, ample storage, good sized shower room and a very large terrace with chairs and small table.

    Lovely hotel with amazing staff

    This family run hotel opened in January 2017 so it's very modern and well equipped. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready so they took us to the bar and offered us complimentary drinks. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious and comfortable beds with some complementary snacks. Our room had a beautiful view of Mt. Etna. The Wi-fi is adequate for a hotel (1.5 Mbps down, 750 Kbps up). There's not a lot of things to do in the area, but the new metro is about 10 min walk away which takes you to the heart of the city in 10 minutes. We selected the hotel because of its location to Etnaland Themepark and Aquapark. The staff organised private transport there and back twice at great rates. Breakfast is of good quality. They prepared dinner for us and it was like a family feast. We really felt very welcome and cannot praise the staff and the hotel enough. Wishing the best with their new business.

    Siamo arrivati in hotel verso le 4 del pomeriggio , ad accoglierci trovammo un simpatico vecchietto che ci parlò del posto delineando quanto faccia caldo in quel periodo.Ci diede la chiave (elettronica) per la nostra stanza e noi,spinti dalla curiosità, visitammo subito il nostro alloggio.Era dotato di un bagno moderno con una doccia che farebbe invidia Bill Gates..

    The location is not convenient and at least 25 minutes drive from city centre. Quite remote and no restaurant around. If you don't have a car, the location is not a good choice except the price is very good for value for a new hotel and the room is clean and big .

    Perfect hotel on the outskirts of Catania, 22 minutes away by car to Etnaland. Staff were very kind and helpful. New hotel with modern furnishing. Very good breakfast. Will surely return.
