Great properly with lovely rooms. Lots of stairs to get to the hotel but very convenient location. They went out of their way to make our stay feel special. They responded quickly and answered all our questions on what’s app. We really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms and property were very clean. They are also in an ideal area for walking to see nearby sights. One of the two rooms we had was not good at all. The air conditioning didn't work and the shower flooded because it was backed up. So one room was excellent, one was terrible. I imagine this is a rare occasion in this place but it was very unfortunate for one of our rooms to have issues.

Room and property were in excellent conditions. The rooms are located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. (at least we didn't find it nor look for it). We pack light, so we don't have a problem with taking the luggage through the stairs. In our case, all the interaction with Palazzo Bellini was through WhatsApp. They told us where to find the key to our room and how to get in. If I have any questions, I ask them through WhatsApp and they reply to me quickly. A/C was good and our room had a jacuzzi that we enjoyed. Breakfast was in another location close to the property. Metro station and City center are about six minutes walking distance. We definitely can stay there again if we visit Catania.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip to Palermo. The hotel is just a few streets away from Via Etnea and the main attractions, making it a convenient location. You'll also find a café, a convenience store, and a supermarket all within a block or so. The room and communal areas were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with cold air conditioning providing a refreshing break from the heat. Overall, this hotel offers cleanliness, comfort, and a great location, all at a good price. It's within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas and restaurants. An Uber Black to/from the airport cost us €26 each way. A great choice for a short stay.

The hotel was beautiful and parking was easy on the street. Cost us €4 for the night. My only issue with the space was the hot water running out almost immediately in the shower. Not sure what happened there… The space itself is brand new and very nice!

Great little boutique hotel
We were able to check ourselves in without a problem (flight delay/reroute due to Etna meant a severely late check in for us). They were extremely responsive- even late at night to all of our questions. The whole room/floor of rooms is recently renovated and gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the shutters closed to keep the room dark and let us sleep in in the morning! We enjoyed a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning at the corner cafe which was included in our stay. The hotel is right across from a park and walking distance to a grocery store. Less than 10 minutes gets you to the walking area at night where you have plenty of restaurants to choose from. Only downfall was that we couldn’t get the AC to work that well so it was hot trying to sleep.

Incredible property! Enormous room with very comfortable furnishings on par with any five star option. Room includes breakfast, which is made available at a famous restaurant across the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, large common areas, including a kitchen and an outdoor terrace. The hotel is centrally located and across the street from the view of Mount Etna.

This is a great property with wonderful staff that really care about their customers. The property is fully renovated, brand new & high-end. We were leaving very early to get to the airport and the staff were so concerned about us not being able to get breakfast that they went out and got us something to pick up the night before (although we didnt figure out where we were supposed to go to get it).

Location was great, room was good, also the common terrace was nice. Very easy to get around the city by foot and several grocery stores and restaurants close by. However, eventhough there is a kitchen, no cooking appliences awailable. A microwave and a hotplate without any pan/pot does not help that much. Something that would have been nice to know also is that breakfast is offered in a closeby café. The breakfast is very Italian style, 1 drink and 1 pastry included.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the room and generally with the whole experience of this B&B, and would deffenetly recommend to friends and family. Beautiful room very clean and within walking distance to everything you might need. I spent almost 10 minuts, just looking at the ceiling, which is a new experience for me. Just a great experience.
