"We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Wish hotel. It's conveniently located in the heart of Salvador so we were a cheap Uber ride away from the main attractions. Breakfast and dinner were included (which was a surprise, didn't know dinner was!) and the food was outstanding! Not a bad meal the entire 5 days we were there. A fresh buffet for dinner with a lot of options. My only complaint is that they do need to update their rooms. They are a little dated. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it. We found out the Wish is the first 5 star hotel in Salvador and the art work in there has a history according to our tour guide. "

"The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference. Pousada Solar Dos Deuses offers a perfect blend of luxury, culture, and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"It’s a perfect boutique hotel at the edge of Peroulinho. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. A nice breakfast with lots of choices in the morning and a cute bar in the lobby. It’s a bit uncomfortable walking late at night but totally walkable throughout the day. There is a noise from bars and other businesses around. Close to restaurants, museums, and attractions and easy to get around in Uber. "
