"We loved this place. We booked two rooms and they were both spacious, bright, clean with everything we needed. There were fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to us from the local boulangerie for breakfast. The location is central but quiet, walkable to the train station. Our windows open to the Narbonne cathedral and the beautiful plain trees outside. The host was very gracious about us storing our luggage after check-out. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again if we come back...

"This was truly a home away from home experience. The property itself is so tastefully renovated and has a true French country feeling. The owner and her family are so warm and friendly. They offered great suggestions for exploring the surrounding areas along with great places to dine in the evening. Every morning breakfast was presented in a true French style. "La maison d’hôtes est une superbe demeure du 19ème siècle en plein cœur de Capestang à côté de sa très belle collégiale et de sa sympathique place principale. Son caractère ancien est très bien mis en valeur (belles portes, carreaux de ciment, moulures, cheminée). Notre chambre familiale était très confortable et très fonctionnelle avec une très grande partie « parents » dans une belle pièce dotée d’une cheminée ancienne et des lits superposés très larges (ce qui est rare) pour les enfants....

"We had a night here and its a room in the owners house, never been in to a b@b like this before but the owners are absolute diamonds and cant say how lovely and friendly they are. The accommodation is spotlessly clean the breakfast was superb and we will be going back here again they were so helpful and it is in such a lovely location. We loved it."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
