"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. "Une chouette semaine au calme en montagne. Nous aimons les lieux un peu atypique et loin de la foule. Ayant un métier entouré de personnes et de demandes constantes, j aime me retrouver dans des petits déserts humains. Ce petit chalet est situé en montagne au dessus de Biella en Italie. Pour y accéder, il faut une voiture SUV ou 4/4. La route qui mène à la maison est non goudronnée et cela prends 10 minutes pour arriver. "Hotel Osteria della Pista is a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant serves amazing Italian food that you’ll love. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. When there was a mix-up with my booking, the reception was kind enough to change my room without any trouble. I also had trouble calling them from the airport because of a SIM card issue, but the staff managed to call me back and arranged my pickup, which I really appreciated. The hotel is close to Malpensa Airport but still very quiet and cozy. "

Incredible staff

"The staff at Hotel Oleggio was excellent. We had an issue upon arrival, and Francesca, who helped check us in, also arranged for assistance for us which we would not have been able to accomplish ourselves. She was phenomenal.Once checked in and the issue on the way to resolution, Dalila was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful during our stay. Based on our experiences with these two women alone, we would return to Oleggio. But the stay in the hotel was comfortable and the surrounding area beautiful, so we would return to continue to explore Oleggio and its surrounds. This hotel is one to which we will return in future trips."
