"L'appartement était sale, la balayette à toilette était pas exemple immonde. Il n'y avait pas assez de couette, ni assez d'oreiller pour tout le monde alors que l'appartement était pour 4. La douche était cassée. Les portes menaçaient de nous tomber dessus a tout moment. Du coup nous ne pouvions pas nous doucher. Du coup nous sommes partie 4 jours avant la fin du séjour. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire il n'a jamais répondu."

"Ants were an issue in a couple of locations inside. Lots of kitchenware for our party of 14 people but Lack of sharp knives….. Overall House is fine, not quite as good as the pictures on the internet, overall a bit dated. However pool is fabulous. A/C very effective, tho’ very hot we’d no problem sleeping. Location is superb, short walk to Cavaliere beach and lots services there. Back at Cap Negre (5 min) also lovely for swimming. Overall we were very happy."

"My friends and I had an absolutely lovely time staying at Stéphanie’s gorgeous villa. The house was spacious and sunlit throughout the day, the back patio/balcony area afforded us incredible views of Le Lavandou, the beaches, and the Golden Islands, and it was a very easy 10-minute walk down to the beaches using the walkways. "We had the most fabulous 2 weeks in this stunning villa in Cap Negre. Having holidayed in the area before we had identified this domaine a favourable location …stunning views, a private beach and walkway to the main beach in Cavaliere.. Jean-Francois was a pleasure to deal with and Ursula the housekeeper was most helpful we have already requested to book the same period next year which says it all really !"
