"Fee for hotel included entrance to wellness facility next door. It was first class including lockers and showers, steam room, very nice hot tub, and 2 indoor pools, as well as outdoor pool. Don’t forget to bring bath towel from room as they don’t provide towels. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation and restaurant was closed. They were still able to provide very good buffet breakfast."

Excellent restaurant next door but there are cheaper options in easy driving distance (outside of Sassuolo). Sassuolo itself isn't particularly driver-friendly so one is better off heading to nearby towns for restaurants. "Most wonderful place to stay near Parma. Our hosts were incredible! Warm, inviting, helpful, informative. The historic farmhouse and grounds are gorgeous, serene, and Unique. Gardens, patios, and a beautiful barn now used for parties. Even a couple of sheep in a pen, and a handful of happy chickens wondering the gardens. Our apartments were clean and comfy, including a full bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, and a clothes washer. The house is full of antiques, beautiful architecture, and history....
