"Treetops is the PERFECT place to slow down. Stressed? Rooftop hammocks. Need some peace and quiet? It’s in a quiet spot with a nice beach area. Need a pool? They’ve got it. Bikes on lend to get round the island as well. Perfect food recommendations as well. (The owners are Italian - no messing about in that department.) Staff is amazing and super responsive, especially on WhatsApp, and awesome with setting up excursions, taxi service to the ferry, etc. Bravo! Look no further and book this place. "

"First and foremost, the staff are wonderful people. They were welcoming and accommodating. We had a unit on the water and enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. The restaurants are good and the Happy Lobster around the corner is also good. They arranged our groups ground travel from and to the airport and that went perfect. We arrived by ferry and the scheduled shuttle ferry filled up with a large group before we had our luggage. They returned quickly for an unscheduled run to get all of us. The rooms are very clean and staff came daily to restock and clean. The north side of Caye Caulker is developing but easy to rent a golf cart to visit highlights like Bliss Beach or south side with many restaurants. Thank you, Blue Zen "

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Loved the pool area and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can rent bikes and book excursions that leave from the dock in front of the hotel. Hotel is quick walk to all entertainment and restaurants. Would gladly stay here again"

"First off, El Ben was fantastic and would or will stay again! The top thing was the excellent staff. (Johannes, Zion, Melvin, Freddy, Keith, Mike, Magdaleno and more who I’m surely skipping) So friendly and helpful! Food was great with enough choices and decent prices for the quality (chef was just booked for a wedding at another site because people loved his food). Easy free boat access across the split. Minor improvements that could make it better: make sure guests know to drink the bottled water instead of tap, add a few rolling umbrellas to the pools, and switching to refillable large soap/shampoo containers mounted in the shower might make it easier and eco-friendly. Again these are just improvements and not complaints, because we don’t have any complaints! North Side is great if you like peace and quiet for sleeping and relaxing but you are 5 minutes or less from the busier South Side when you want it. "

" The convenience of the kitchen inside the units was a plus! Cold AC. Great food and drinks! Great pool. Perfect dock to watch the sunrise! But the staff are the real stars!! They went above and beyond in every way!! From check-in/out to arranging our transportation, they were AMAZING!! Made us feel like family! "
