The Lily Pad - 2 Bedroom - Fairly New Cottage - Safe Quiet Area

** We are now Gold Standard Certified with the Belize Tourism Board and have implemented stringent cleaning practices so you can have peace of mind while staying with us **

The Lily Pad is located just 5 minutes from the main town area and 10 minutes from the popular "Split." It was completed in March 2019 so it is a fairly new cottage with all the amenities. 1x (5 Gallon) Jug is supplied for a 2-4 night stay OR 2 x (5 gallon) Jugs of water are supplied for a 5 night stay or longer. A/C in both bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout the House. A full-size fridge and gas stove are also at your disposal. For a 3 night stay (or longer) we offer a complimentary pick-up service from the Ferry terminal to get you and your luggage to our cottage. 4 Bicycles are provided for our guests as well. There are multiple Golf cart taxi services on the Island or you can choose to rent your own Golf Cart while you are here. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us.

Caye Caulker Getaway
This property is exactly as described! We arrived at the dock to board the Express ferry and messaged the owners, and there was a taxi ready and waiting for us when we arrived on the island. The property was about a 5 minute bike ride into the town and about 10 minute ride to The Split. Property was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Nice full bathroom and tiled floors through whole house. Deck was nice to sit on in evenings. We felt very safe as the property is also fenced in, and the streets were well lit at night. Locals were kind and accommodating as well. Owners were quick to respond when we had questions and very helpful. Great place to stay, perfect for the two of us for the week we were there. Highly recommend!

The first night we stayed there was a cockroach on the counter. The backyard was a swamp and the area was dirty with trash.
