At Studio B, every sunset is a stunner from your 3rd-floor, corner-view balcony. Visit a local winery, then get comfortable with a bottle to enjoy the show from the outdoor, canopied daybed. Inside, you'll find a hip, modern space where California chic meets boho beach. The full kitchen offers all the appliances, plus mealtime seating at the large breakfast bar. Spend the day surfing, then visit one of many restaurants within walking distance for dinner and let someone else do the cooking for you. Get cozy in front of the gas fireplace for an evening at home, streaming the latest release or using the free WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Cayucos Pier View Suites
The studio unit was top floor corner unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach. It has a large patio with an oval seating area. We used our beach chairs and enjoyed the view and sounds of the waves from the balcony. Nice downtown with plenty of places to eat and drink. We definitely will be back.

Cayucos Stay
This is a great location in a beautiful spot in Cayucos. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of our balcony. Some things could have been cleaner and we visited over a 90 degree weekend so AC would have been a nice addition but overall would stay again.

Great spot
This is a perfect spot. It’s great room, cozy but not small. There’s beautiful views from the balcony. All the balconies to the other rooms are kind of connected, but there are dividers and the way the furniture is positioned it still felt very private. You can hear the waves crashing which is just lovely. Everything was clean, check in was easy. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
We came to California for a family wedding in LaGuna. I have always wanted to see the Hearst Castle and Cayucos was the perfect spot. We loved the location, and the view from the deck was amazing. Our favorite activity was sitting out there watching the ocean we don’t see that often since we are from Oklahoma. We loved the location and the apartment!! We would definitely stay again

Valentine’s Anniversary get-away
This was a perfect romantic get-away. The outside deck was wonderful for enjoying our morning coffee, as well as our evening wine. Being able to see and hear the ocean from our room was so relaxing. The location was perfect for visiting many of the local restaurants and we also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for us to prepare meals also. The BBQ area was perfect for grilling while we enjoyed the fire pit. Having beach access right across the street ensured we got our walk on the beach in every morning before enjoying all the fabulous food (and brown butter cookies 😊). We look forward to another visit very soon!

Excellent ocean view
Very clean and modern studio in a great location. There are views of the ocean from all 4 windows. The gas fireplace kept the room warm and cozy. The balcony is large with seating for 5-6. There is a nice courtyard with lots of comfortable patio seating,fire pit and lights. There is also an outdoor shower. We look forward to staying again!

Location, Location, Location
Great location! Can walk to anything in town-no need to drive anywhere! The view from inside and on patio is fabulous- the round daybed was very nice for reading, napping or just looking at the ocean! The king bed was comfortable and it has a large and well appointed kitchen. There are bar stools at the counter but no chairs to sit in to watch TV and watching from bed was not that comfortable. The Bathroom is on the small size and toilet is low, but it has everything you need.

Ocean front delight
It was a great place to stay for a peaceful few days with the view of the ocean and the pier. Only one thing that there are multiple stairs….. I’m recovering from a knee injury so it was a little hard but on the other hand I think it helped me as therapy 😊 I am looking forward to comeback soon.

First time visitor
I found this suite to be perfect for a single or a couple. I was impressed with the large bed and the wonderful size of the kitchen. However, I do have some concerns. My entire stay the front door to the building that faces the street was left open the entire time I was there. That made me feel uncomfortable. Termed in the description as a boutique hotel, I was less than impressed with the quality and quantity of kitchen supplies, especially the silverware and glasses. The plug-in air freshener was overwhelming. I had to remove it and then replace it when I left. Had I received exit instructions earlier it would have been beneficial. I actually got sick and left a day early. Therefore I did not strip the bed. I also noted that the floor is lifting in front of the dishwasher. Also, the toilet in the bathroom is extremely low for an adult. You did ask and so I’m giving you my thoughts. I did enjoy my stay, and I intend to come back.

Nice dog friendly accommodation
It’s always great to find a dog friendly place to stay on the coast with views! I live in SoCal near the beach and try to find places near me with similar views but they are few and far between! I’ll definitely put this on my list of places to take a long weekend in the future! Cayucos is a very idyllic town as well!
