"Absolutely lovely room with an amazing view of the bay! It was clean and the bed was comfortable! The front desk staff were very friendly. A complementary continental breakfast was served over at the Tides Restaurant as part of the room fee, and it is served to you by the waitstaff, rather than buffet style. The only complaint, and it may be a big one for some, is the incessant fog horn that blows all night in the bay. You can’t help but hear it, because you almost have to open the windows, because our room had no air-conditioning, understandably, due to the year-round comfortable temperatures. I have read that some people don’t even hear the foghorn, because they’re so used to it, but I was thankful to have had some earbuds I was able to use while sleeping. If the noise won’t bother you, or if you have noise canceling headphones you can sleep with, then this would be a great place to stay!"

"It's like an old Motel 6, not pleased nor did I feel safe staying there. I ended up checking out an hour after I arrived. "

" Very clean, prompt check-in, complementary drinks at the bar, complementary breakfasts, although they did not have drink machines on the floors, there was filterered water on the ice machine. Soda’s available down at the food area, and snacks at the snack shop. Complementary rides from hotel to casino and back to room. I have to say I was actually really impressed with this Hotel it is definitely worth the state and it was extremely clean and beds were comfortable too. Bathrooms were very nice shower area ,and dip in bathtubs. Bathroom lights would come on whenever you walk in the bathroom so you didn’t even need to turn them on automatic censored bathrooms. It would even turn the fan on in the bathroom when using the bathroom area to go to the bathroom. That’s just a very nice hotel. I would stay there again "

"Room was clean and nice. Giant bathtub was fun. Grounds are beautiful. Lots of fountains everywhere. Staff was helpful and kind. Food was excellent. Hotel pool area is large and enchanting. Spa is relaxing. Massage was good. Spa pool was tranquil but needed some maintenance. "

"Everything was on point - from the cleanliness, to the breakfast, to the room amenities and especially the staff! The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, efficient and simply warm. I will absolutely stay here again anytime I am in town!"
