"Pra começar estávamos em 4 pessoas e não tinha toalhas de banho nem cobertas suficientes pra todos. As toalhas pedi na recepção, mas as cobertas já era tarde qdo percebi a falta e como não tem telefone no quarto pra falar na recepção, não desci 4 lances de escada pra isso. Como fizemos reserva antecipada, os itens já deveriam estar completos no quarto. Os cobertores que tinham estavam com cheiro de guardados. As cortinas estavam emboloradas e com cheiro de mofadas.
