"Overall a decent stay. The balcony overlooking the beautiful sky during sunset was incredible and staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. Ayala center is right there with mango square nearby, however just not the cleanest city. I’m not much of a party goer and did majority of my shopping in Manila, so Cebu was not a good fit for me. I should’ve did more research to see more of the historical sites, but all required taking a grab or taxi. Decent stay."

"Beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety. My first night I had a 5am pickup so they sent me a boxed breakfast for my trip of a croissant egg sandwich, pineapple juice, banana bread that was amazing, yogurt and water. Such great service! I did not have time to enjoy the pool or gym but both looked great!"

"The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. "The staff allowed me to check in early and I'm very grateful because I'm a surgical postop patient. The room was quiet and spacious, although the room I received had no window(s). I can hear people walking outside the door, including the walkie talkie used by staff to communicate with each other. However, it did not bother me. Overall, the staff were helpful and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality."
