Awesome location, great kitchen...Cold prison like shower greeting each day with an ice cold shower. All requests for maintenance met with lies and excuses. Slum landlord blames tenant as problematic for insisting on hot shower.

Confused property owner
Overall stay is good but the service is so disappointing. Improper relay of information from the owners & Hotels.com, The owners accepted a booking followed by an email saying the room was paid for, After my family had gone to that location the owners set an email saying the room was already occupied. They then switched the room for another unit in another building which means everyone had to get into a taxi at our own expense and go to the other location. After proceeding to the second location the owners sent a follow up email saying the first location was ready and go there. This whole process took almost 3 hours to settle. Why do they give us the run-around and waste or time and money? Its a clear case of a unit owner just wanting money instead of leaving his unit vacant and no real concern for the customer.

Showed up only to find they had taken my credit card, but unavailable. Took hours to get switched to a lesser unit across town. Told them ok if no roaches. Said wee none. Soon as I got there majorly infested including fridge was filled with roaches!

Fantastic location, large space with great amenities, including security. There is nearby construction works and dust tends to makes it way in but you can just call to get the cleaner to have it attended to.
