"Pros: Location (few minute walk to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable Cons: Bit noisy from the streets. No complimentary slippers. Rooms are on the small side. Shower design is bad (water gets all over the floor by the sink). No concierge service (couldn't even get change to break a latger bill) Other: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. No bottled water in the room but have water stations on each floor to fill pitcher (provided) or personal water bottles"

"One of the best hotels I've been to. It states 3 stars but felt like 4 stars at least. Staff was great and the housekeeping was excellent. At the mall so very convenient. Haven't used their fitness and pool so no comment. Overall no complaints. Highly recommend "

"My only small complaints about the room were that I wished the lukewarm shower got a little hotter, and the windows were quite dirty. However, In general the hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. I'd have to say the good qualities far outweigh the bad. I loved having access to the pool and gym, and especially the excellent restaurant, the staff of which happily catered to my dietary requests (opt for the free breakfast). "The staff were wonderful and the room was comfortable. I was very happy with the service! The breakfast was tasty and balanced, good value. I have to be honest that the building has visible damage, which is unfortunate since it was built recently. I think it may be faulty construction rather than maintenance issue. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean which is most important, but the room could have been cleaner (floors and bathroom counter needed a scrub)"
