All staff super professional trained food in buffet everyday consistant. Has a great location right across 5 star shopping mall,gaurenteed to come back just to stay in that hotel, love the workers too. Felt like being in hawaii again.

Movënpick is a solid 8/10. The best thing about it is the staff. They’re extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The pool area is pretty nice too.
The beach isn’t very clean and the hotel has a cement pier right next to it, which isn’t pretty to look at. There’s also a lot of trash that you can see from our hotel room on the hotel site next to it.
Finally, be warned that the shops in the hotel don’t take credit cards.

The accommodations were very nice. My complaints are with the elevators whose door close far too quickly! I got squeezed and it was painful; my uncle was also caught on another occasion. The safety sensors on the doors need to be adjusted to avoid any further injuries. Also, the side staircase providing access to the mall does not accommodate for persons with disabilities.

"Nice 2 day stay over NYE. Enjoyed the great food, drinks and service at the Club Level Lounge. Thank-you for the birthday cake left in my room. That was a nice touch as was the 2025 sweet plate with chocolates. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Overall a nice respite from the hectic city atmosphere ..."

"Very clean and modern with excellent staff. Great location. Room service was ok but several food items were either Filipino temperature ( Luke warm) or cold; but you get that everywhere in the Philippines. Our favourite hotel out of four stayed in this trip."
