Unsafe Entry to Unit, Uncomfortable Bed, and Dog Hair
I’ll start with the positive: it is an excellent ski in location. Walk about a total of 50 yards and you’re at the midpoint of a green run. Ski or board down to the small lift, take that up, and easily make your way over to Navajo lift which opens up that entire mountain. Otherwise, our stay was disappointing. The queen beds were not plush so much as likely quite old. If 2 are sleeping on it, every movement creakily jostles the other person. It would be a worthy investment to get a better mattress so that everyone can sleep well. There were no dog amenities (no bowls, no bed, etc.). There was an immense amount of white dog hair all over the floors and rugs that got on all of our clothes. (We have a black non-shedding Labradoodle.) A deep vacuuming would have solved that. The listing states there’s outdoor patio space but it’s absolutely covered in snow. We wondered if it was safe to even be there with that much weight on the deck. Worst of all is that the entry to the unit was dangerous. There was a slippery frozen 1-2 foot high and 2 foot wide patch of ice that made coming and going very scary. We tried to chip at it with the shovel to no avail. The modest amount of salt (1/8th of a bag at best) left for us did little. I messaged in and received a reply that they know about the issue but nothing was done. Carrying gear, it is absolutely unsafe. Two very fit adults and two strong kids struggled so I can’t imagine what anyone who was even slightly vulnerable would do.

Thanksgiving stay
Overall it was a good visit, we had all the things we needed and the host provided extra supplies incase anything was forgotten, everything was fully stocked even had doggy bowls for food and water, the kids loved the fact that the condo had sleds and shovels to play in the snow with. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked and bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows, the atmosphere was soothing and comfortable and the living room is a good size for gatherings. The only downfall was the upstairs railway was very loose and the steps are short so we had a few dangerous falls, it could have been a little cleaner there was trash under the beds and needed better vacuuming, ither than that we loved it and definitely will be returning!

Needs some improvement
The pictures were a bit misleading. The balcony/patio area is definitely unsafe for use… I found food on some of the cookware which caused me to just eat out. Luckily there’s a few choices nearby. I found someone else hair (like a few) on the pillowcase and just my opinion, the sheets had a strong smell (deodorizer/frebreeze). I feel this along with the hair on the pillowcase, no bedding was washed. The bannister leading to the upstairs is loose and is in need of repair.

Spring Break 2023
We had a great time! Everything was super easy and the condo was appointed with everything we needed! There was SO MUCH snow and, as such, it was difficult to get up/down the driveway to the complex even with plowing and a suburban with chains! Just a heads up! Lindsay (on the property) was amazing at plowing for us when we needed some additional leverage but there was just so much snow! We will be back!

The check in process was super easy. Getting into contact with the property owner was great as well! Everything we needed for our stay was sent via email and was very informative that we didn’t need to contact anyone for questions. The place was amazing! Super close to the snowmobiles and the lifts which was very nice because we could check with our pups throughout our afternoon activities. Great place! We will definitely stay here again and maybe make this a yearly trip with our pups! Thank you again! We really enjoyed our stay! 😀

Cabin in the Woods
If your looking for a Pet Friendly “Cabin In the Woods” feel with a great location to town and Chair Lifts, (Skiing in Winter, Mountain Biking and Hiking in the Summer) then this Condo is it! The Condo is surrounded by Tall Trees with a Balcony overlooking them My husband and I visited in July with our 2 pups for 1 week of Hiking and Exploring . It is very close to Cedar Breaks National Monument. It is somewhat close to Bryce National Park and Zion National Park (1 1/2 Hr Drive). On weekends you can ride the Chairlift at Brian Head up to the Top and Hike the VISTA Trail Down (About 3 Miles ) OR you hike both ways for a Strenuous 6 Mile Hike) The 2 mile Town Walking trail connects right to the Condo driveway. If you are at all Handicapped, this place is not for you as it has Stairs leading to the Condo as well as Stairs in the Condo.(The Loft Stairs are narrow and require you to pay attention when descending, as a nice little black and blue on my hip reminded me to be more careful.) What I liked about the Condo The Location The very updated appliances in the Kitchen as well as it being extremely well stocked dishes, etc (which we enjoy because we prefer to eat in mostly and limited choice of restaurants) The QUIET!! We chose this place over a Hotel because of the Cabin Feel. The Washer Dryer inside the Unit was especially nice for a longer stay What I DID NOT like about the Condo The Odor from the Carpets. (I have a very sensitive nose to odors though) and left 2 days early as I could no longer stand the smell. a few Spiders inside the Unit and Bugs, but that is expected in the woods. The shower is very Slippery ..but a simple Bath Mat would solve this issue

Looks more spacious in photos
The unit was clean & comfortable but I was surprised it wasn’t more updated based on the price. The sliding glass door lock was broken and only a too short of stick was used instead. We picked btwn 3 available units in the complex so we could be near to our friends who rented #2A and they got a better price on a 3 bed/3 bath updated unit and this unit was very small with only one bath & had old carpet and old doors and could use an update. The updated kitchen cabinets and appliances were nice but it’s a very small unit for the price and in my opinion overpriced compared to the units in the same complex. The property mgmt group was very friendly and helpful.

Family tradition Christmas trip
We really enjoyed this rental! We go skiing every year as a family and enjoyed the amenity of having a home vs a motel room. There aren't a lot of restaurants in Brianhead, so the kitchen was in use for all our meals. It was well supplied with tools for prep and cooking. Our pets enjoyed the fenced in patio. The unit is a short hike to the lifts. The only drawback was the steep driveway...chains can be necessary to get up and down.

Perfect mountain retreat
We had a great time, it rained a lot but we were there to do some 4 wheeling so it still worked out. My girls are petrified of spiders and in some of the vaulted ceiling corners they could see cobwebs. The only other complaint would be the vents were really caked with dust. We loved being able to grill on the deck and enjoyed the bike trail access.

Not as described and horrible smell
Immediately struck by how old and dark the property was - that was before we walked in. Not at all the light bright place the pictures showed. Partial facelift appreciated, but not worth the price (especially given the season!) and am rather appalled they’d charge so much. However, the big issue was…. as soon as I opened the door, I was hit by a horrible smell - like spoiled milk. The smell never went away despite my attempts to eradicate it with guidance from the property manager. It was so bad we left within 16hrs. The property mgmt company was polite, professional, attentive and I’m waiting to see if they credit me.
