Gorgeous 8-Bedroom Mansion with Private Pool in Cedar City

Stunning 8-bedroom, 9 bathroom, 8200-sq ft mansion in Cedar City. Come relax in our private pool, let the kids enjoy the playground, enjoy our movie theater room that seats 25, a pool table, ping pong table in the basement, and take a bike ride on the bike trail right behind the home. The home has 8 TVs equipped with Roku! We allow up to 30 guests.

The swimming pool is open 5/1 - 9/30. The hot tub is available year round.

We are just 5-10 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, and 35 minutes from Brian Head Ski Resort, and 1 hour to Zion National Park. Come take advantage of our beautiful home in an incredible location!

a big place to stay
The home is nice and big. It suited our needs and worked well. Sadly, The pool had a lot of dirt and rocks on the bottom and needed cleaning, which led to fewer of us being willing to enjoy it. The home could use a good deep clean, but overall it is nice.

Great family vacation!
Perfect size for our large group. Just wish there were Clorox wipes to help clean a bit more. Make sure to take Pam for the Pans and baggies if you think you will need them. The pool, hot tub, pool table and games downstairs were perfect!!! Fun weekend.

Beautiful spacious house
Awesome house for our family reunion of almost 30 people. Lots of space to spread out. We loved the game tables, hot tub and especially the theater room! It was windy while we were there so we didn’t spend much time in the backyard but it’s great too! We hope to go back later in the year sometime when the pool is open! Great location in nice neighborhood and very clean!

Wonderful venue for our family reunion
This home was the perfect place for us to gather for a family reunion for our large family (26 people). We are grateful to have found such a large house where we could all stay together and could be together in the various spaces in the home, including the awesome theater room with stadium seating. Cedar City was also a wonderful home base for us to travel to nearby national parks and monuments. Thank you!

Excellent reunion location!!
We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home! We had 25 family members and we all fit perfectly! The highlight was the private pool and hot tub. The kids lived out there the whole time! The place was so big that you were never on top of each other. In fact we had a hard time finding everyone in the house! The teenagers lived in the theater room and basement game room the whole time! There were three dining room tables upstairs for games and cards along with another table downstairs. Plenty of games were played on all the tables. We would definitely stay here again! Everyone loved it. Just a not to the owner, the top rack of the dishwasher doesn’t clean. It might be broken. And you may need to spray for spiders in the basement. But everything else was perfect!!

Great trip!
We had a great time and the house was better in many ways than we thought it would be. It also needs some attention, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying it. The kitchen has two refrigerators but only one worked. There is another that we didn't know about in the basement area, which helped but it's a long way from the kitchen. We had all the food for a large group crammed into the one working fridge. It worked but would have been nice to have both. In the back yard there are a lot of weeds and small trees growing up through some flagstone steps, so that the stones are broken up and loose, making it a little dangerous to walk on. The pool was dirty & low so we had to clean it and fill it. The pool guy came the second day but just brushed it, which by then it didn't need. Besides these small inconveniences, the house was really great and fit our group perfectly. The theater room was great for watching "Maverick"! Thank you!!

A Perfect Family Getaway
We coudn't have asked for more--spacious bedrooms, lovely and well-stocked bathrooms, a lovely pool, a fun game room and theater. Everything to keep our various age groups entertained. The kitchen is easy to work in, and the air conditioning is great! The site is well-groomed and attractive. Plus, Cedar City is a wonderful place to be!

Lots of room for family reunion
We loved how much space there was for our large family. We had 23 people staying at the house and we all had somewhere to sleep and hang out comfortably. The house had tons of awesome things for kids and teens to play. My biggest complaint were the safety concerns in the backyard and the maintenance needed in the backyard. The steps going down to the pool were difficult to walk down safely as they were uneven and had sharp edges. Kids and elderly had a hard time walking down, they needed repair. The steps down to the hot tub did not have a banister or railing which was a safety concern for our toddlers. We almost had a kid fall off them onto the concrete. The pool itself had chipping concrete along the edges that were sharp and cut some of the kids feet. The playground was in serious disrepair and we deemed it unsafe for our kids to play on. The hot tub smelt very strong of chemicals and also seemed to need some maintenance. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have an ice maker and a second fridge that actually worked. For the price per night we had high expectations and it really has potential to be a wonderful place but needs to be maintained better.

Was perfect for our family reunion. Adorable for smaller families (we had 21). Something for everyone of all ages. The theater room was the center for our family playing games, just talking, or watching a family memory CD. The house is SOO big no one was underfoot. And the kids could play freely. Pool, hot tub, play area everything. One (of three) staircase was perfect for the family photo.hope to make this an amazing yearly event

Family Reunion
Great reunion home and great location. The home had something for everyone and space to enjoy each others company while playing outside, swimming, hot tub, theater was a lot of fun (great place to have our family talent show), ping-pong table and other play activities downstairs. It was a great stay and all enjoyed the house and cedar city. We found a good little nature walk and park to have games and lunch. Everything was close. We only wished there were a couple of big serving bowls for meal time, but just used a few medium bowls instead. Also, more ice would be nice( only 1 fridge made ice and it was very slow), but easily picked up ice for our drinks. It was a great stay and recommend for a big group.

24 People and it still felt huge!
This is the perfect place for a family getaway. Even with 24 people, we still had plenty of room. The 8 bathrooms were also very nice after a day in the pool. Everyone could shower very quickly. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The basement was also the fun place to be. We enjoyed the game room and the theater room. The walking path in the back was also very fun on a cool morning. We made meals at the house and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to be together
Big enough for our large family group. It was close to some trails where we took our 4-wheelers each day, and in the afternoons we would spend a lot of time in the private pool because of the warm weather. The only disappointment was that the house was tidy, but not cleaned well. We spent the first night cleaning the floors, between couch cushions, and a 2 year old found a pill by the side of one of the beds. We would stay again, but I suggest a housekeeping change.

Great for large groups
We stayed here for my parents 50th anniversary with a group of 24 people. We were able to gather together in the theater room and then able to have separate groups doing different things at the pool, hot tub, game room, table for board games etc. The master bedroom was huge and perfect for my parents to celebrate their big day while the rest of the group had private comfortable rooms.

Property is beautiful, spacious and graciously stocked. This property was perfect for our family reunion of 18. The pool and theater were enjoyed by all. Pool Iand hot did not seem well mantained, we were not able to enjoy the hot tub due to cleanliness issues.

Great Family Gathering Place
This house has several wonderful gathering places, the yard, the family room, the game, room and the theatre. There were 23 individuals staying, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. There was room for all, and the several gathering areas cut down on the loud noise factor. All the parents, and the grandparents loved having their own bath with separate rooms for the children. We also loved having room in the pantry to be able to store our cooler, totes, and other food items. The kitchen has large bowls, 11x17 pans, fry pans, and pots, and other things you would need in a basic kitchen. The kids loved the Keurig coffee maker to make hot chocolate. (Thanks to the owners - it was a great perk.). There are 3 levels in the house with the master bedroom, the 2 triple bunks room, and 3 additional bedrooms on the top floor. The main floor consists of the kitchen, garage entrance, mudroom, formal dining room and living room, a half bath, and a family room with a game table. The lowest level has 3 bedrooms, (only one has an attached bath), and a bath in the hallway, the game room and theatre room. There is a walking path behind the house that was great for morning walks, with beautiful mountain scenery. Though it was too early in the season for the pool to be open, we had a great time.

Great Large Family Retreat
My family, parents, siblings and families all stayed here together for a four-day weekend and loved the house. It has lots of space for everyone to gather, eat, and lounge. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone for privacy. The kids loved being together in the bunk room. The large projector screen cinema room was a big hit with everyone as well, and a great cool place to retreat after playing in the warm backyard. We'll be back for sure!
