Me and my family always stay at this location because it’s convenient. My child attended SUU and her home is near by. Shopping and restaurants is very close. Safe. Parking is easy. Complimentary breakfast is good. Clean. Staff are all friendly.

There was so much bed bugs getting bitten everywhere went down to the front desk and got changed rooms in 1st floor they claimed “it’s a clean clean room” in that room there was cat hair cat poop so nasty, dirty sheets ,hair everywhere the bath tub and sink where so dirty I tried asking for a refund but they refused saying “ we can’t give refund we got to check the rooms first” never checked the room and then continued saying we had to take to the manager and then said “manager will be out of town for a month” so don’t stay here unless you really need to

This property has terrible quality. There are so many things that need addressed in the rooms and the property itself. Multiple broken and missing items had to get moved to another room because the first was so bad. Not clean either. Hard pass

We had to fix the bathroom sink faucet to use. The toilet had an inadequate flush because of the float level. The bathroom fan and light both shut off while showering . The faucet in the tub spun all the way around, it was necessary to find a specific spot to shut the water off, it dripped otherwise. The corners in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time. You get what you pay for.

The listing I saw on Expedia was nothing like the real thing. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures. Super noisy room. Terrible breakfast offerings only had bread and cereal.

Hard mattress. Noisy people next door all night. I fact they tried to break in our room at 3:30 am. Tell I yelled and jumped out of bed. Then they stopped. Never going back. Worst hotel ever.
