"The room was fantastic, with the perfect balcony overlooking the bay. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of space. The only thing that was poor have made it better was a continental breakfast."

"This is a very comfortable, conveniently located property in traverse City. We have stayed here twice when we come for our Fall color tour. It's right on the bay, beach front but it's always too cold to enjoy that during our stay (s). My daughter attempted to use the hot tub, twice and complained that the water wasn't very hot. I did not personally try it but she's a credible 33 year old with a hot tub of her own "

"You cannot beat this location. The rooftop bar was fabulous with exceptional service. The only negative was our room wasn't ready until about 5. Room was beyond clean. The size and cleanliness of the hotel and room are well worth the price. You will most likely have to pay for parking but cannot beat the walkable location to everything downtown. You will not be disappointed. "

"Our room was ready at check in an hour earlier than expected. We had a king bed in the tower and a corner room with amazing views on 2 walls. We had a drink at the tower bar for sunset and it was beautiful! The coffee in our room was very good and appreciated."

"Beautiful lodge, right on the water! The room was great, with a rustic, cozy feel but with all the modern amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Traverse City!"

"It was our 29th anniversary so we stayed in the honeymoon suite. Very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. Not a fan of the mattress in that room (definitely an old spring mattress and could feel all the movements). Hot tub was nice but we couldn't find the jet switch to save our life! (Thankfully our life wasn't in danger so not a big deal). Huge room and very comfortable. Nicely updated over all with a warm, friendly staff and very accommodating. Our back window of our car was broken when we got up in the morning (no fault of the hotel, probably some random vandal) and they were kind enough to give us packing tape to get us home. Would definitely consider staying again. Grumpy traveler approved!"
