"This little place just outside of downtown Grand Rapids is the perfect spot for a couple or a family traveling with small children. The apartment is well appointed, clean and convenient to local attractions. Magnificent host, responsive to any inquiries or needs. 5 stars for sure. "

"Property was nice and clean, check in was easy. Property owner was easy to get ahold of and super easy to work with. The only issues were with neighbors down the road blaring music all night and the unit was a little on the hot side. But all in all, would stay at their property again "

"Not only was the unit clean and comfortable, but the location was very much downtown and central to everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We found the unit to be quiet, despite being close to 131. Dealing with the property manager was easy. We definately would stay here again the next time we plan a weekend in Grand Rapids. One note, you can decide if it is a positive or negative, the cleanning lady was in the unit before we dropped off the keys/parking...

"The place seemed very normal on the outside but it was very well kept on the inside. It was well furnished and comfortable with cute decor. The door lock is a bit confusing and the first email had the wrong code on it. When I called the host they were condescending towards me for not knowing which email had the correct code. Everything else was great. "

"Great communication and really nice set up. The only thing I would say is was not as nice was the sub pump was extremely loud so it may be going out. You definitely can't sleep while someone is showering/using water. But otherwise the place was super cozy, great kitchen with all the utensils and dish/cookware we needed. Plenty of seating and places to work and eat. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Is under a business but very private over the weekend. Not sure how it is during the week....

"Check in was perfect. Went to show, had food downtown after, got back to property and. Ohldnt get in with original pass code. Had to call at 11pm at night for an explanation. Code had changed, first time I heard of the change was 11pm, and we were waiti g in cold for several minutes. Also, shower in Create suite got really cold 2 minutes into shower. Turned off shower waited a couple minutes, and then water got hot. Then water stayed hot for 10 minute shower. It was like water heater wasnt...
