"I loved my room and my bathroom. My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is. Great patio and great pool. The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all set. Loved the lobby, the gym and all the other lounge areas as well. Loved Dallas Plano NYLO!"

"The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The parking was convenient and anywhere we wanted to go was right near the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We were very impressed that they had a smart TV that offered prime, Netflix, etc. A lot of hotels that we have gone to do not give you that option. I would definitely stay at this property again!"

"Pool had no towels and the front desk attendant told me we just had to wait till they put more out. Other than that everything was fine. The property was clean, and price was great! "

"Our stay here was fantastic. My kids both attended one of the camps that the Dallas Cowboys host and everything was very easy and convenient. My husband and I were able to take advantage of the Cowboys Fit center for the duration of our stay and Caesar at the front desk was such a helpful delight. He gave us recommendations and was very accommodating. This is our second time staying here and I will say this stay felt better all around in terms of customer service and ease of stay. Even when the hotel is at its fullest, it remains quiet and feels private once you are in your room. This hotel is a short walk from several dining options and a fun art playground that was fun to go to in the evening time. I would highly recommend you stay here. This hotel and accommodations are great and I would stay here again. My husband really enjoyed the infused water they offer in the lobby as well. "
