"Overall stay was good. I was a little disappointed because I reserved a connecting room but hotel wasn't able to accommodate side by side rooms. Room was quiet and clean as always and customer service is great. Morning of checkout housekeeping opened our door without knocking which was shocking. She apologized but they could probably use a refresher on training to knock before entering."
