An excellent home great space for 3 couples or a larger family. It had the perfect amount of space and the location was great. The property manager was so easy to contact and the checkin was super easy. We would love to come back to this lovely home.

Blueberry Gem
The house on Blueberry Rd was exactly what we wanted for our Christmas Holiday. We came up from Florida, back to my home state of New Hampshire for a gathering of family for the holiday. We had a fire going in the fireplace all weekend and enjoyed sitting around it sharing presents with each other. The house included a game room on the lower level with pool table, air hockey, dart board and shuffleboard table. It was a lot of fun to watch the youngsters battle it out with each other. The pool table provided good competition for us older folks as well. Our host, Mike, was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and even supplied us with some wood from his stash when we ran out! Only negative we found was the condition of the cooking utensils being well worn although there was a plentiful supply of knives!

This home was so inviting. Decor showed a family love of their property. The home was clean and well thought out for a rental. It offered EVERYTHING you would need even if you forgot something from extra blankets to a Kurig. Amazing home. Please, If you rent this, treat it with extra respect! This rental deserves it. Finished basement with gameroom was were we all spent most of our time after dinner. I can't express how beutiful, loving, welcoming this home was. If you stay here you will be amazed. The online pictures do not do it justice.

The property was spacious and beautiful. We had an absolutely amazing time. We were able to sit around the fire each night and just relax. We traveled during the day and took full advantage of having a beautiful kitchen and grill to be able to come home and cook meals and just enjoy the home.

Wonderful place to get away
We chose this property as a place to go for 4-5 days to escape our much smaller Boston condo. It was true to the description and pictures. Lots and lots of space to spread out. The highlight was the basement with all the game tables - both the kids and adults loved it. It was also cozy to watch a movie. The house was well equipped with kitchen items, etc., but you should bring your own shower accessories and laundry and dish detergent. My only critique was that there was no coffee pot or maker (only a Keurig and no K cups). We would definitely come back again and we had a really wonderful time!

Beautiful home!
A great experience from start to finish. The management company answered all my questions promptly. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We all loved the game room, our favorite. Kept the 2 teens and 7 year old occupied long enough for my boyfriend and I to fit in some alone time watching a movie. The owner responded quickly to my questions and even turned off the heat remotely and adjusted the temperature in the home when one of teens thought they were adjusting the AC temp. Quiet neighborhood and within driving distance to the things we wanted to do. We would stay here again. Thanks for opening up your home to renters.

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The fully equipped kitchen was definitely a plus. Great location and close to everything. Cons- needs a deep cleaning. Mice droppings in utensil drawer so we had to make sure we cleaned everything before using. Also dog/cat hair on everything so we definitely should of brought our own linens due to my sons allergies.

An okay stay overall
There were lots of positives for this home and our stay. The home looked exactly as it does in the pictures. It accomplished our goal of a comfortable place to relax and spend time together. We also liked that food and grocery stores were within a nice distance. We have stayed at a few different home rentals so perhaps we have been spoiled but there were a few things that affects my ability to give it a 5 star rating. The first is that there appears to be old and conflicting information about the stay. For example, the welcome email says that there is an iPad that controls the house functions but there was no iPad to be found. Also, the welcome email said to not go into the garage but there are signs around the house that specifically says to use the garage for the trash. It would have been nice to have a welcome booklet to explain things and obviously making sure it’s updated. The home has Nest for the heating system and although most could figure it out after some time, a little run down on how it functions would have been helpful. And lastly, there was no communication with the property manager despite the fact that I emailed with a specific question. So overall, this rental served its purpose and I would still recommend this home I just hope that some things can be adjusted and updated for future renters.
