"From the moment that you enter the hotel, it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. The reception area is beautiful and likewise are the staff that greet you at the reception. My husband & i were given complimentary juices, which were delicious, and given an extensive and helpful run through of what to expect from the hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful. We stayed in the comfort double room which was large and clean. It had a balcony and complimentary slippers & toiletries....

"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you.
