"We loved the big suite for our overnight. The food from the restaurant was good and arrived quickly. We did have trouble getting answers on the phone. Staff may need to be a little better informed as to the location to get ice. Also they could be more knowlegeable when asked about restaurants. But the staff was very friendly and courteous. "

"Only stayed one night and The hotel was average. Could have been cleaner as there were old stains on walls, carpet, and chairs. There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom. Our first hotel room had a stain on the sheet but they quickly moved us to a new room. Staff and service is definitely their strong suit. To be honest the hotels in Richmond with great reviews and cleanliness are just few and far between. Would stay here again if I go back to Richmond "
