"We like the location, the choice of breakfast is great. But above all is the staff. Everyone of them are responsive ,attentive and really make sure that customer stay is relaxed and enjoyable. Our stay was great dispite some minor disruption, however all of the team respoded in a posotive way even the actual owner of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. "This place is so chic, great place to stay in Lisboa and is closed to everything! Breakfast is included and is very complete, with a piano playing during the breakfast time. "We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Tesuro da Baixa at the end of November, The hotel is perfectly located to explore Lisbon and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was very good and our room was very comfortable. Overall a really great choice for a trip to a great city"

"Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"Our room was large enough to fit our bags and storage space for our clothes. Air conditioning in the room was well received. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a surprising number of English language channels. The shared bathroom was large and clean. "I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare."

"We loved our stay at Upon Lisbon! The hotel is perfectly located next to the Benfica stadium which makes it very easy if you are attending a game. The hotel is a little farther from the city, so if you want a more central hotel don’t choose this one. Overall, I really loved the hotel and would stay again! "

"The specific 1br apartment configuration I had felt like it could have used some more hooks and places to hang things. Otherwise the bathroom was spacious (showed leaked at door seam though) and the bed was comfortable. Facing interior area made it a bit more quiet. I've stayed here before and definitely would again!"

" I had an amazing stay at the Eurostar Hotel in Lisbon! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the atmosphere made for a fantastic day. The area felt very safe, which allowed me to fully enjoy walking around, visiting the nearby mall, and exploring the Christmas tree area. The staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home. I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely visit again and stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon! "

"Great experience and the staff is absolutely wonderful! We wanted a hotel with easy access to the airport and this is the place. We were able to turn the rental car in a day early and walk the 200 or so meters back to the hotel. Nice restaurant and bar for relaxing the final night, as well as a very nice, clean room. We also took a quick Uber to a very nice seafood place as our last Portuguese meal. Highly recommend this hotel."
