Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Galería Reforma. I like how centrally located it was to a lot of the restaurants, bars and nightlife that I attended and how walkable it was. The hotel itself was pretty nice and clean and felt very safe. They had a couple or restaurants and cafes on site as well. The cons I would say for me was regarding the shower pressure and water temperature. The pressure was very weak and the water barely got hot. I called to get it checked out but it only got like one degree hotter. Also the lighting in the rooms were not the best. It was pretty dim, even when all of them were lit. Lastly the beds were a bit firm but that’s a personal preference. They customer service was great, there were nice touches like water in the room and a robe and house slippers as well. I would recommend.
