"Poor service at rooftop bar. Only interested in diners. Chose to spend early evening at the rooftop bar and while we were sitting with drinks in hand staff started adding a table to our existing table and setting up the table for diners. We were invisible even though we were buying drinks. The first occasion we let it go but they did the same on another evening. Also noticed others being been directed away from table that were available."

Friendly and helpful staff, that were able to make great recommendations for flamenco shows, plant based restaurants and tours. "A lovely hotel convenient to the Alhambra Palace which is just across the road. Very friendly staff the pool was beautiful there was a-bus stop 5 mins down the road to take you to Granada they run very 5 mins. The only downside the parking is extra which is expensive I think this should be in the price other wise a 5 star visit "
