"Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. There's also a cool game room, grills, fish cleaning station. We will definitely be coming back! It's our new favorite place to go! Staff were very helpful and kind too!! "

"This old home was obviously updated with patience and love. The attention given to the beautiful, cohesive decor resulted in a very aesthetically pleasing stay. The outdoor deck was spacious delightfully lit, and provided a wonderful view of the small, quiet lake. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite amenities was access to the paddleboards and kayaks. We would absolutely stay again. "

"If you are looking for a rustic outdoor experience with no hassle or headaches, this is the place! Steven was great to work with. He was prompt at answering questions and resolved any issues quickly. The lake is beautiful and having access to the pontoon for fishing and recreation was great. There is no beach, but we knew that from the description and a small public beach was a short 13 minute drive away. The nearbybtown of Battle Lake was charming and had great restaurants. "Right from seeing the property from the outside, you know it's a clean and quiet area that makes it perfect for a family getaway! There's plenty of child friendly dishes and toys for kids of all ages. Plenty of amenities including a infrared sauna and big patio to relax! I also enjoyed that Jack was able to communicate in a timely manner with any question I had! Anybody staying here will have a great time and we can't wait to come back again! "

"The property was peaceful. Lots of birds flittering about. If you like to fish, especially for bass this is a great place. Every 2 hour trip I took out I caught 10-15 bass. All 3.5+ pounds. The largest was over 5 and I had multiple that size. The location of the fire pit right by the lake was a perfect end to the days. Will definitely be booking again. There are some minor spruce up repairs to be made but communication with the host indicated they plan to do those this year. "
