"Nice remodeled room but no parking in front"

"I took my sister on a weekend getaway. We were treated with absolute professionalism, but at the same time very approachable. The room was very nice, clean, and cozy. I will definitely be staying again. I have also told several colleagues how wonderful we were treated. "

"Parking not so easy with luggage - no hot coffee / no hot water for tea in lobby machine down - room was spacious nice view / easy walking to everything "

"Both the room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt quiet and very comfortable, and all the staff treated me like friends with ease. Delicious food and alcohol were provided free of charge to replace meals in the evening, so I could spend a comfortable night without going outside. If I revisit Frankenmuth, I think I will stay at this hotel next time."

"Great location for access to the hospital (Corewell) and also a great Italian restaurant just a short walk away. Appreciated the attached parking ramp. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. The only complaint was on our day of check out, which was at noon, the cleaning people pounded on the door and attempted to enter the room at 8:45am. The Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. When I yelled through the door that i wasn't interested, they left, but pounded on the door again at 10 am. This was...

"The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. Looks like the hotel was remodeled everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast bar was pretty good also."

"The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "
