"Buffalo Thunder was Wonderful New Years Eve in 2015 and again on Christmas Vacation in 2024. I know this may not be mentioned enough but Maid Service was Excellent! (And Very Much Appreciated) The only negative was All Front Desk personnel were Non-Smiling and Non-Welcoming at Check In and Check Out. Otherwise, Buffalo Thunder is a Wonderful Resort. Plus, Curtis (Waiter in Red Sage Dining Room) was Most Excellent!! C. Davey Castleberry "

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"We enjoyed this hotel, location, and in/out parking using valet. Check-in was a bit slow but busy times. Our room was quite hot when we checked in and called for maintenance which did work on the furnace/heater. It did help but we could never get the room cool enough for our comfort. Overall a good experience at this hotel."

"Great couple of nights with the family and 2 dogs. Felt safe walking the dogs at any time. Plenty of room on the property for a good walk. Easy access to casino amenities."
