Relax in this spacious and serene space. Waterfront property with a 30' dock installed. This house has Oneida Lake in the backyard, perfect for fishing year round. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table. A game room has full-size air hockey, dart board, and board games. Includes a canoe for guest use, 2 tv's with roku sticks, and Wi-Fi. Off-street parking in front of the house. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt.81.
