"Great service. check-in was very easy. breakfast at the restaurant was good. I even forgot my bag at the restaurant and the staff returned it to me right away. I was very, very happy and thankful!"

"Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep.
