"This was our 5th or 6th time renting this house for a group dive trip and a favorite. It is a beautiful location, clean, well stocked and great communication with the host. We will be back again!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door. "

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to. "

"We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Every day we had birds visiting and sunbathing in the yard. One, which we couldn't identify, was curious and wanted to come in the house. There was a nest of Cranes across the canal and the babies took flight. Very awesome. We had a dolpin and manatee visit and lots of people fishing. The house was well equipped. My only disappointment were the bugs. I was bit upon arrival and couldn't spend time outdoors in the yard. The screened in room helped some but no-see-ems got through. "
