And outside the dining table under the oak tree with lights and the fire pit were perfect. It is not “on the water” but such easy access to local beaches made up for it. "Wonderfully situated! Stores, restaurants, parks, winery.. .all near by. Sandbanks beaches 25-30 min drive - wellworth it! Beautiful lake views , house has plenty of room and beautiful spacious, renovated kitchen. Loved the spacious deck as well. We were a family of eight. Had enough rooms and bathrooms for all! Recommended !"
