"The parking was not suitable for the size vehicle we'd driven ,but all else was pretty awesome. They need to clean or replace the carpet as some of the stains are deeply imbedded in the hallway,but, overall, it was clean, well lit, great area and amenities. "This cottage could not be more welcoming. The decor, cleanliness, and "farmhouse coziness" are unmatched. We lucked out because the trees surrounding the property were in full autumn mode, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We even brought our Rottweiler, and she loved playing catch in the spacious fields surrounding the property. If you have the need for a place to stay in this area, hurry up and book this cottage. I'll be honest in saying that I'm a very picky person, and this one checked...

"We loved the property and the location, 5 minutes away from Wegmans(!) and from the turnpike. Easy to get to and easy to get back on the road. Way better than a hotel for sure. Nice fenced in yard for a dog (watch out for the neighbors dog though, he's a sneaky one), which backs up to a public path which was perfect for a morning walk. If I find myself traveling through the DC area again, I'll be staying here if it's available.."

"Overall this was a nice property. Several things were not guest ready. The upstairs bed was not made, there was a request to put trash out, but there wasn’t another bag to replace it (property manager took care of the situation). There wasn’t any extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. There was caramel popcorn under the dishwasher, and the filter for the upstairs air conditioner had to be cleaned in order to try and cool the third floor bedroom.
