Freshly remodeled, sunny house in the historic center provides walk ability to the various destination. The top floor position yields lots of light, making it a cheerful, pleasant house. The ground floor includes bedroom with wooden design , bathroom, another small room with a bathroom and kitchen with all the equipment .On the first floor you find the large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and balcony with overlooking the Gran Sasso and the private bathroom. The apartment is centrally located on the street , so you can easily reach everything on foot - 100 m to supermarket, bar , restaurant , bakers, ice cream, post office, several banks , grocery stores , butcher shops, pharmacies, bakeries and a weekly market ( every Sunday). You can make the tourism holiday away from the house and to the region of Abruzzo explore (beaches , hiking trails , skiing , festivals , restaurants with delicious food ) . By car, you also have the option to neighboring towns like adorable Pescara , Penne , Chieti and Loreto Aprutino to visit.
