"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill."

"Fabio and Loretta were incredible guests and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. Their space has a lot of room and can definitely make an extended stay of it. The yard and amenities were fantastic and the location is great for day trips to wine country in Tuscany. I actually wish we had more time in the nearby city center of Arezzo because it was great. "We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"Wir fühlten uns in der Toskana sehr wohl. Die Übergabe war sehr gut und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte etwas genauer sein. Das Geschirr war leider schmutzig. Nachdem wir es gespült hatten, fühlten wir uns wohl. Wetterbedingt war es sehr kalt und feucht in der Wohnung. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage den Pelletofen angemacht. Für die Pellets hatten wir Zusatzkosten, dass muss man wissen. Ohne Heizung hätte man es nicht ausgehalten. Leider hat es im auch sehr aus dem Ausguss...

"Très belle découverte pour nous en Ombrie. La maison dans une ancienne abbaye est très bien placée, avec une belle piscine. Maximiliano et son fils Adamo sont extrêmement prévenants. Seule ombre : la fermeture de la piscine avant la fin de la location et ainsi que le rangement de la table de jardin."

"I can’t even describe how beautiful this villa is . The first day I walked out of the house into the patio to the smell of wisteria and the sound of bees . It was incredibly relaxing and we fixed wonderful meals and spent time around the pool . There was plenty of room for our family and everyone left feeling rested . There are so many things to do close by. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who will be staying in the region "

"The propriety is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable large pool area. Breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem I experienced was both adjacent rooms were smokers and did so on their patios. We couldn’t enjoy our patio or leave our do open while they were doing so. The property has a health spa and other wellbeing activities, but allows smoking on the property. I would consider this next time. "
