Ronald Hernandez, I feel very welcomed and most importanly the room is very clean, it was relaxing and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was satisfying and it is walkable to all Florence attraction. "The hotel location is just perfect, close to the main station and right in the heart of historical town. Its easy to walk everywhere. My room was small and the shower was ridiculously small. I am not big but I struggled in the shower. Just double check this bit before you book. Otherwise, everything is fantastic "
