Stay at Azur
Everything was very clean during our stay. The staff was very kind and the rooms had AC, and very hot water. Breakfast was great, dinner however was not worth it. It was chicken nuggets, pasta, and salad for 140 TL that we could have made at home for 30 TL ( no choice on what you get to order ). There are plenty of other restaurants and grocery stores within quick walking distance from this hotel.

it's very close to the center where shops, restaurants and bars are, yet it is still quite and calm around the hotel. The staff and owners are very nice and friendly. I'd go back again.

There is no one to help with luggage and you have to walk a lot struggling with luggage on the street. Breakfast was not good at all. No variety. There was no room to walk inside the room. The hot water kettle was not given.

Banyo gideri tıkanıktı bir kişi duş aldığında anında göl oluyordu. Aynı zamanda klozetten taharet musluğundan az şu akıyordu maalesef kullanamadık. Bu şikayetlerimizi giriş yaptığımız gibi resepsiyona ilettik gelip incelediler fakat tesisin eski bir tesisata sahip olduğu bu şekilde kullanmaya devam etmemiz gerektiğini başka odalarda hatta yan yana olan diğer otellerinde de durumun aynı olduğunu söyleyip hiçbir şey yapmadılar. Lütfen görsellere aldanmayın. Fiyat performans diye düşündük. Çeşitli ama orta ve altı kalitede bir kahvaltı vardı. Tek tesellimiz klimanın sorunsuz çalışmasıydı. Otopark için ücretsiz bir destek yok her gün boş yer kovalıyorsunuz veya fahiş fiyat ödemek durumundasınız merkezde olduğunuz için. Tercih sizin, saygılar…

Odamız küçük ama şirindi. Girişte bizi karşılayan hanımefendi çok güleryüzlü değildi . Odada çarşaf havlu temizliği iyiydi. Banyo temizliği kötüydü. Banyo gideri suyu çekmiyordur. 2 kişi ard arda banyo yapınca banyo göl oldu. Tuvalet klozeti belki temizdi ama içinde artık çıkmayan aşırı kötü siyah izler vardı temiz hissettirmedi. Biz 3 gün konakladık hergün oda toplanmış havlularımız değişmişti. Tavsiye edermiyim aradayım.

Eşimle bir gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık kahvaltısı şahaneydi limon reçeline bayıldık personel son derece sıcak nazik ve ilgiliydi çok güzel bir anıyla ayrıldık,bu arada meşhur çarşısına çok yakın fakat gürültüden uzaktı bu bizim için tercih sebebiydi beklentilerimizi karşıladı Sadece Navigasyonda sıkıntı vardı Olumsuz yorum yapabileceğimiz tek şey şampuanlarıydı eşim beğenmedi…markayı değiştirmenizi tavsiye ederim…bu güzel özenli ve ilgili otelin tüm çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyoruz

Konaklama genel olarak iyiydi. Ancak, online rezervasyon yaparken gösterilen oda ile yerimize verilen oda aynı değildi. Resepsiyon görevlisi, akşam saatlerinde giriş yaptığımız için benzer odaların dolu olduğunu belirtti ve bu nedenle bize giriş katındaki bir oda tahsis edildi. Keşke bu bilgi rezervasyon sırasında sağlansaydı. Bu otelle ilgili hayal kırıklığı yaratan tek şey buydu.

Çok tatlı bir butik otel çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve sıcakkanlı. Biz bir gece konakladık ama mutlaka tekrardan geleceğiz. Kahvaltısı da yeterli, taze ve lezzetliydi. Odalar temiz nevresimler yeni değişmişti. Biz çok memnun kaldık.
