"The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!"

"Communication with owner excellent. Was able to drop bags at unit and then park car in space provided by hotel about a 10 minute walk down or up depending on direction. Apartment large and comfortable. Breakfast nice continental assortment. Owner helped with bags up 2 flights of stairs checking in. Excellent location. Every thing nearby. We would book again"

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

"Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. "Quaint apartment, with enough amenities for a great six day stay! The parking is a little tough, but the location and views are fabulous. "The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. Frank wine is as good as any other in Italy. And so much less money!!! Their home and grounds are beautiful. We were three couples and had plenty...

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. "Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "

"It takes a bit of a drive to get into the property from one the more bigger roads but it is what makes this place so charming and beautiful among stretches of vineyards. The food and wine here were also amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and charming as well. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!"
