We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was excellent except the fridge was not working in our room however we called for maintenance guy who came and promised to replace it, unfortunately he never came back to replace the fridge during our stay.Moreover we We’re happy for the AC it was working excellent and the housekeeping staff were very professional and helpful.We really recommend this property .

The hotel is perfect and is a great spot for Ceuta, the rooms that were allocated at the end weren’t that great we had the parking view, but overall. Pleasant stay the pool is amazing and the lifeguard was so friendly as was the gentleman that came on late was a really nice man.

The service was appallingly rude. No one smiled and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to be working. Wifi would only work on one device at a time and to use the tv you needed it connected to a device. No effort to help. The hotel itself is ok but needs an update but the staff make this one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

séjour en demie teinte...
A notre arrivée, notre réservation ( 2 chambres, 5 nuits et 5 personnes) n'était pas enregistrée et donc inconnue de l'hôtel! sur mon insistance, elle a été retrouvée au bout de 10 minutes! ils ont reconnu que l'erreur venait de leur système informatique. l'hôtel était complet pour la première nuit, mais il a pu être mis à notre disposition une chambre triple dans laquelle des lits ont été ajoutés. A la fin du séjour, j'ai demandé la déduction de la première nuit puisque j'avais payé d'avance l'intégralité du séjour, ce qui m'a été refusé! j'ai protesté en vain... en complément, j'ajoute simplement que l'hôtel est vieillot, non renové depuis sa construction dans les années 60 (moquettes sales et hors d'âge, huisseries et serrures vétustes). les points forts sont sa situation en plein centre ville, du port et de la plage, sa belle et grande piscine, son personnel agréable.
