"We had a suite which was great. Strange to have a dining table instead of proper seating area. If this was changed it would have been even greater. Dinner was OK but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was better. Dining area felt a bit like a school dinner hall. The staff were very helpful. Can get a bit noisy when the wind blows from the east. Rattles the large glass doors. Apart from that we would come back. The pool is good but loungers are limited. Gets busy about 4pm. "

"A lovely small hotel, with beautiful views and very helpful staff. There is a fantastic roof terrace but unfortunately at the moment they do not have a licence to serve alcoholic drinks, which is a shame. We only had one meal there, apart from breakfast and it wasn’t outstanding. The pizza was bland and unappetising. Sitting on our balcony looking down at the lights of Kandy was a pleasure. "

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. "The team at W15 deserves a big compliment for making our stay a memorable one. "Gorgeous rooms and beautiful owners. Kumari & Joseph are so accomodating. The bus stops right in front of the path to the hotel, followed by an uphill stretch to reach the summit. So it's an easy & cheaper access to the city by bus. Highly recommended place to stay. "

The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly!
