"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. "L'hotel dans sa globalité présente bien. A mon arrivée j'ai dû demander a ce que les draps et les taies d'oreiller soient changés car cela n'avait pas été fait mais malgré tout la chambre était propre. Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est bon mais cela manque de choix, en revanche pour les repas il y a plus de choix et la cuisine est très bonne. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est plutôt calme et tranquille."
