"Every detail about the property was exquisite. There was even a pleasant fragrance in the reception and other open areas. We loved our delicious breakfast at the sumptuous buffet. We arrived later than we had hoped at night and the hotel staff arranged transportation from the train station as well as a comforting light meal from room service. "The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay."

"The host was amazing. We stay for a night with 2 kids. They said that this is the best hotel they have ever stayed! Beautiful nature with the river close by.
