En arrivant a 23h00, je devais récupérer la carte de la chambre dans la boite prévu a cette effet. celle ci c'est bloqué et impossible de la récupérer, après au moins 25 min d appel sur le portable de l agent de garde 11 appels de mon mari et 14 de moi, avec un enfant de 5 ans dans les bras. Il a fallu que je bricolle a l aide de branches, de quoi acceder a la carte bloquée dans la boîte et en me blessant le poignet au passage !!! Arrivé dans la chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant bien indiqué dans la réservation, lit enfant non fait j ai du le préparer moi même a minuit pour que ma fille de 5 ans puisse dormir !!! 5 h00 envron du matin réveillé car " l espece de store" ne camouflé même pas la lumière en bas sur les côté et le haut, c est abusé surtout vu l etat déplorables de celui si digne d une cabane !!! Il fesait une chaleur assez importante, il m a été impossible d ouvrir une fenêtre un peu pour pouvoir respirer car la chambre est équipée de deux fenêtres l une sur l autre a ouvrant opposé!!! Une bonne douche pour essayer de se réveiller après cette nuit fracassante, nous sommes trois mais seul deux on droit a la douche car il n y a que deux serviettes et deux goblet carton pour boire !! VMC presente dans la douche mais non fonctionnel!!! C était une catastrophe !! La standardiste me dit qu elle en parlera a sa responsable des son arrivée, j ai donc attendue pour mettre mon commentaire. Mais personne ne m a recontacter! Un sérieux a la hauteur de la prestation déplorab
