"I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. One of the room we book doesn't even have windows (it's only small air vent inside the room, not really what you can call windows.) The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with full amenities. I especially appreciated the powerful hair dryer (not the usual kind that takes forever!). The owner is warm and sincere, making guests feel genuinely welcome. Friendly pets, including dogs and cats, added to the charm of the place. A special highlight was being able to pluck and enjoy fresh longan fruit right on the spot—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"
"This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. There was no one at the bar at any time, and no menus for the “restaurant.” Bugs were pretty bad as well.
There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and ceiling of bathroom was patchy/see through in parts.
There is nothing at all to do in the area, closest things are over 40 minutes away. The shuttles they offer are upcharged at random with no explanation, but it is the only option for transportation once you are there if you did not drive yourself there. "
