"If I could give Casa 1800 6 stars I would. It’s a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with lake views. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the aircon was great. Nice to have the coffee machine and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and lots of options to choose from. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Its a very easy walk to the main square. I was very sad to leave! "

"This is a great property to stay at if you are looking for a small and quaint place to relax! The hotel only has a very limited amount of rooms available, which makes it a more personal experience. The food and service were excellent! The only ‘drawback’ was the lack of lighting in our room but the sunlight made up for that once you opened the curtains. It definitely is worth mentioning that if you have never visited El Salvador to be aware of the time it takes to travel there from the airport is a bit long and if you are renting a car, your best bet is an SUV or a truck. "
