Built in 1960 and recently renovated. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with access from the staircase or from the outdoor elevator that connects to the kitchen area.
It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with an independent entrance and a lounge-dining room where you can easily rest and work.
It is a spacious and bright place from the greater part of which, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Euboean bay and the old moveable bridge.
With its recent renovation we attempted to combine elements from the past with the needs and habits of the modern visitor.
Moreover, the space is ideal for hosting both a guest and a group of people, couples and families, as there are in addition to a double bed, two single beds and two other folding beds which can be placed in the bedrooms or in the rest of the house.
Finally, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing breakfast and / or meals, which can then be enjoyed either in the living room or on the balcony.
The accommodation for four people is made in the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60*2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90*2.00) which can also be joined in a double bed.
In addition there are two folding beds (0,90*1,90) and one air bed (1,00*1,90) wich can be placed either in each room or in the spacious entrance area of the apartment.
The apartment is located just 50 meters from the moveable bridge of Chalkida, from where you can enjoy the view of the beach and the southern and northern Evian gulf.
At 250 meters there is the organized beach “Asteria” below the grove of Kanithos.
The area beyond the amenities of the Center, (places of entertainment, market, supermarket within walking distance), is ideal for beach walks either on foot or by bicycle, but also for visiting remarkable monuments located on a small distance such as Karababa Castle, Paleochristian Church of St. Paraskevi, Old Jewish synagogue, Old Mosque, Vailos House and others.
